No, we are not a nut-free facility. While I thoroughly wash and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment between batches, I cannot guarantee that cross-contact with nuts has not occurred. If you have a severe nut allergy, please use your best judgment when ordering.

Yes! Some of my breads, like the Rustic Olive Bread, pecan cranberry bread, sun dried tomato and basil bread and ciabattas, are naturally vegan. we also make a vegan crumble berry bar and vegan chocolate chip cookie. Sometimes our vegan chocolate coconut is also featured on the menu, usually upon special request.
Yes! Many of my products, including most breads, the vegan berry crumble, vegan chip cookie, chocolate cupcake and banana bread, are made without dairy. However, please note that I do use dairy in my kitchen, so while I take care to prevent it, cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe dairy allergy, please use your best judgment when ordering.

Most of my baked goods are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of receiving them. Because I use clean, high-quality ingredients and do not add preservatives, freshness is key. To maintain optimal texture and flavor, I recommend storing your items in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerating them if not consumed right away.
Yes! In fact, I recommend it. Bread, ciabattas, buns, and bagels freeze beautifully. For best results, slice them before freezing, then pop them into a toaster or air fryer straight from the freezer for a perfectly toasted texture every time.
