My Story
Hi there! I'm Mila, and food has always been my passion. From my early teens, I found joy in baking and cooking, experimenting with flavors and techniques. But everything changed when one of my children was diagnosed with celiac disease. Suddenly, our kitchen needed to be a safe haven, free from gluten, and our favorite treats became off limits.
Determined not to let this diagnosis rob us of the joy of delicious food, I embarked on a mission to recreate our beloved recipes without compromising on taste or texture. Many gluten-free substitutes we tried were just that. Substitutions. They often resembled the real thing but left us feeling deprived and craving the flavors we once enjoyed.
So, I took matters into my own hands. I experimented, tested, and tweaked until what came out of my oven tasted like the real deal. I wanted to create treats so delightful that even those without dietary restrictions couldn't tell they were gluten free.
